Many local optics companies and groups will be participating, so join the optics community.

Location: University of Alabama in Huntsville at the Optics Building in the courtyard. 

If you plan to bring a large group please respond to this email, or to one of the HEOS officers with the number in your company or group planning to attend the cookout.  This will insure we have the necessary provisions to feed all.  Feel free to bring anyone interested in promoting or supporting optics development in Huntsville and in the Tennessee valley to join us. 

If you would like a color printed poster for the HEOS Cookout to post, please contact a HEOS officer and one will be provided.
